Responsibilities of the Candidate

  •  Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  •  Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, upholding the bank's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information.
  •  Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  •  Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with relevant customer service experience preferred.
