Role/Key Responsibilities
i) Develop highly responsive web applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
ii) Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional components.
iii) Integrate React applications with WordPress CMS, customizing and extending WordPress functionality as needed.
iv) Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
v) Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high-quality user experiences across devices and browsers.
vi) Collaborate with back-end developers and stakeholders to define and implement RESTful
vii) APIs and data integration points.
viii) Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.
ix) Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolution and proactive recommendations.
x) Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team and suggesting improvements
Key Requirements
i) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
ii) Proven experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web application development projects.
iii) Solid understanding of JavaScript, React.js, and its core principles.
iv) Experience working with WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development.
v) Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
vi) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
vii) Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
viii) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
ix) Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
x) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
