Qualifications
1. Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements
3. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code while adhering to best practices
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development and apply them to enhance our platform
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
8. Contribute to the development of technical solutions and strategies to improve the user experience
