Job Description
Excellent communication skills are needed to respond to and resolve client issues via a variety of channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails.
i) Excellent Communication Skills Work on Technical/non-Technical process Knowledge of ticketing tools - ServiceNow, CA Service Desk or Remedy.
ii) Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, handling voice-based processes, with a rotational weekly day off, and in an office-based environment. The candidate should have completed the full course of double vaccination.
iii) Capable of analyzing problems and providing effective solutions to customers.
iv) Possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly, taking full ownership of customer issues and resolving them independently, thoroughly, and efficiently. Demonstrates a proactive approach and utmost respect for the customer’s time.
v) Excellent time management skills, ensuring that all interactions with customers bring value to their experience.
