We are looking for inquisitive and seasoned backend engineers to join our core engineering team for building and scaling low latency, fault-tolerant, and robust systems and help us make this great platform even better. We are a team of highly ambitious, curious and loves-to-code engineers with an aim to provide the world with the best content platform.
As a Backend Intern at Tealfeed, you will partner directly with senior members of the Engineering team and be empowered to contribute solutions to Tealfeed's backend system. We are deeply invested in challenging norms, constantly improving architecture design, exploring emergent tech and ideas, and leveraging new technologies in interesting ways to deliver a platform that empowers creators globally.

ii) Work Type: Internship
iii) Duration: 6 Month Internship
iv) Stipend: Rs. 25,000 - 40,000 per month
v) Location: Remote/Gurgaon
What you'll be doing
i) Translate high-level business problems into scalable and robust solutions.
ii) Define API(s), services and own end-to-end process.
iii) Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software and new user-facing features.
iv) Create microservices, tools, and libraries for the internal team and open-source community.
v) Research and obtain further information for incomplete information
vi) Ensure the performance and security of the application/system.
Who we're looking for
i) Great expertise in understanding business logic and implementing and executing them on the system as well.
ii) Good understanding of system designs, data modeling and low latency systems.
iii) The candidate should have a good knowledge of the NoSQL Database.
iv) Good understating of AWS and other technologies like Node.js, GraphQL, and ElasticSearch.
v) Ability to write decoupled code and tests.
Good to have
i) Excellent knowledge of databases of different types, their use case, and their tradeoffs.
ii) Experience in working with payments-based systems.
