Codedam is looking to work with a Great Frontend Developer who can help them to build the UI for the platform to be used by the next 100 million software developers.

Frontend Web Devveloper - Intern
Technical Skills
i) At least 1 year of experience as a developer. Note: This DOES NOT mean you should have 1 year of industry experience. This means you should be hacking your way with web development for at least 1 year.
ii) Ability to handle heavy frontend tasks. You should be great at building UIs (from Figma/or photos) and should write clean code. You should be comfortable with Tailwind CSS.
iii) Codedam uses TypeScript for both frontend and backend, therefore you should be very good with JavaScript.
iii) Ability to sit down and Google - you should be a good Googler. No exceptions here.
iv) Comfortable with our tech stack - Codedam understands people like different tech for different roles and completely respect that. Make sure you review our tech stack and see if you're comfortable with it. For example, codedamn is not the right place for you (unfortunately) if you're great at Python but can't stand working with JavaScript.
Non-Technical Skills
i) Communication skills and kindness to others, even when they make errors and mistakes.
ii) Sense of ownership and drive to build
iii) Ability to learn and iterate quickly
iv) Organize and mobilize a team around a product vision.
v) Past experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers is good.
